Changelog v2.39

In version 2.39 there has been the following changes to the map:
- Changed Pain Towers damage type to Normal
- Changed level 23 Dark Arts (Air) armor type to Medium
- Gold cap increased to 400
- On normal you now get 1 gold for every 110 points you have
- On hard you now get 1 gold for every 115 points you have
- On easy you still get 1 gold per 100 points
- Reduced leader bonus from 5% of current gold to 1%
- Remade terrain to make build area more clear and overall easier for the eyes
